Atividades:

Support our Customer Success Team. Extract, process and analyze CS data. Develop, implement and track processes. Support the Customer Success Team through our CRM (Hubspot). Generate reports and analysis over trends. Develop, implement and track performance KPIs. Create and implement tools to support the CS Team. Build automations.

Requisitos:

Speak English. Has analytical and critical thinking. Understand the needs of others and is very empathetic. Don’t settle. Has high execution speed. Focus on results rather than tasks. Leaving the comfort zone is a daily activity. It is curious and search for continuous improvements in processes. Have good communication skills. Eat Excel for breakfast. SQL and programming skills are a plus.
